who are J&S Products?

J&S Products Limited is a wholesale distributor of over 20 years standing, specialising in the supply of service tools and hand tools to the professional automotive market. We sell exclusively though our national distributor network of independent tool vans and other specialist distributors.

our commitment to customer service

We pride ourselves on the service levels that we offer our distributors, and our continued growth reflects the success of both the tools that we supply and the service to back them up. Our commitment to service has required considerable investment in staff and infrastructure at our Norwich headquarters. Our Head office facilities are supported by our unique display vans that are constantly circulating the entire country and meeting with distributors to introduce and deliver new products.

Extensive, well organised warehousing ensures we can easily absorb the 2 or more 40ft containers we receive each month from suppliers round the world.

With 17 members in our office and warehousing team we aim to "pick pack and dispatch" orders on the day received, enabling next day delivery via our national carrier across most of the UK.

The Trident brand sits alongside our traditional lines and is intended as an alternative to the American and European made tools.
